Brand new Tucson condo in Ventana Canyon. Majestic mountain views throughout the resort. This condo is a downstairs unit located near pool and clubhouse for convenience. Our condo is located on the corner of Kolb Rd. and Sunrise Drive, conveniently close to resorts such as the infamous Loew's Ventana Canyon and Westin LaPaloma. It is also located within walking distance of a variety of shopping and fine dining. The resort community is a private, gated community with heated pool and spa, new exercise facility and an on-site business center with high speed internet/fax. All amenities are keyed and private. The condo is fully equipped with all the necessary furnishings including kitchen cookware, dinnerware, large and small appliances, sheets, towels and washer and dryer in unit. Pinnacle Canyon is know as one of the most luxurious condominium complexes in Tucson, with the most incredible hiking trails imaginable. Ideal location if you love the outdoors.
