Our Nani Moana Hali (Beautiful Ocean Home) is located in the Princeville Resort, a resort community which is a million miles away from reality on the North Shore of the magical Garden Isle, Kauai. Directly on the Makai golf course, with a sweeping ocean view, and a sunset mountain view, our spacious 1600 sq ft townhome has tropical decor and furnishings, vaulted ceilings, a loft, and three lanais. The living room, dining room, and kitchen have an open floor plan, and is open to the trade winds and filled with natural light. I-POD adapter to stereo, DSL WiFi, printer, DVD/CD, gourmet kitchen, boogie boards, beach chairs & towels, cooler, electric grill, snorkel gear, golf clubs and more. Just a short hike to a beach, many more nearby. Sip morning coffee on the lanais and watch the sun light up the mountain and ocean. Sip a cool drink in the evening as the sun sets behind the mountain and colors the sky and sea. Stroll out onto the golf course to stargaze at night. Paradise!

Our townhome is convenient to many beaches, amenities, activities, and scenic views. The Princeville Hotel offers fine dining, poolside dining, a luau, and a public path down to the beach. Golf the Makai and/or Princeville courses, or enjoy the full service spa and fitness center. The Princevlle Shopping Center has a grocery, gas station, shops and restaurants. Hanalei Town has a fresh fish market, many restaurants, shops, and a natural grocery store. In Kiluhea: visit the lighthouse to see whales and seabirds, there are shops and restaurants, a fresh fish market, and a grocery/deli. Nearby: Na Aina Gardens, Limahula Gardens, Hiking Trails, Zip-lining, Kayaking, Surfing, Snorkeling, Sailing and a variety of beaches to choose from.

Our Favorite Guidebook:: We strongly recommend you purchase: The Ultimate Kauai Guidebook, Kauai Revealed, 5th Edition, authored by Andrew Doughty & Harriett Friedman. This book will help you plan ahead by providing detailed information on everything there is to do and see in Kauai, and detailed directions and maps to everywhere. You will find this book as valuable as having a friend living on the island.

Mornings at our Townhome:: Take your coffee or juice and walk down the golf cart path towards the ocean before the golfers get there (around 8am) just after you pass under the shelter on the path, veer off the path and walk straight to the ocean cliff. From here watch the waves crashing and the sun light up the ocean, turn around and watch the sun light up the mountains. In winter, you can see whales jumping and albatross soaring overhead.

Evenings at our Townhome:: Dine in! Play your favorite music (I-POD or CD), pull the chairs out under the palm tree and watch the sunset while sipping your drink. Then light up the grill and tiki torches, and enjoy dinner on the lanais. Afterwards, take a starlight stroll towards the ocean along the golf cart path (we like to go just past the shelter on the path, lie down and watch the shooting stars while listening to the waves crashing).

We are back home after a long tiring flight and a wonderful week in Kauai .
I just wanted to thank you for the use of your Condo.
The four have us had a great stay there and appreciate you letting us use it. Other than the mixup with the key pickup the week went by all too quick with no other misadventures. I spoke to Sharlene thru the week and she again apologized.
We made use of the barbeque and beach items several times and thank you for leaving them at our disposal. They were put back into the closet on the patio and locked up again.
We golfed four times in the week with the Prince course being our favourite. It is one tough course. Area of the condo was very very quiet. Great grocery store at the local mall which we made use of every day.
The closing of the golf course was not an issue. Lots of birds have taken over the fairway so lots of action. We also spotted whales several times from your patio. Great spot!
