Featured on the Venice Home & Garden Tour, Nowita Place is a spacious, sun-drenched retreat with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a media room, open living room, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen is state-of-the-art with double Viking ovens, range, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Slate floors and poured concrete counter-tops along with custom Australian wood cabinets complete this beautiful kitchen. Library/Media Room has sofa. For children, there is a inflatable Aerobed.

Charming home in a wonderful location

We rented this lovely home for 10 days over the holidays. It was our first real vacation with our 8-month old daughter and we had a wonderful time. This is not a rental property or vacation house - it is a home, lovingly maintained by the couple who lives there part of the year. It feels like a real home and is in an ideal location on a quiet walk street in Venice. Shops, restaurants, the canals, and the beach are all nearby, but there is total privacy and seclusion. We will be back!
