Georgetown Vacation Rental cottage

The sleeping area in the cottage is located upstairs and is divided by a 3/4 wall. There is a gas heater and wood stove available to take the chill off if necessary. There is only parking for one car. There is no access in front of the cottage to the water. You can see the steep drop off of ledges in front of the cottage. Small children need to be closely supervised. You see neighbors docks in the pictures that cannot be used as a means to get down to the water. To access the ocean you walk down the community roads to our local beach. Many amenities are located within a short drive including a picturesque lobster wharf where you can dine on scrumptious lobster, Reid State Park and it's wonderful coves and beaches. There is a local country store has pizzas, lunches, some basic groceries, rents Kayaks and delicious ice cream. Local artisans wares may be found in local shops, and at the Georgetown Pottery. The Osprey and Meeting House Restaurants are also nearby for fine dining.
