Newly constructed, Villa KAAN has been professionally designed to provide comfort, luxury, privacy and security. Situated on a 1200 square meter lot with over 75 feet of beach front, Villa KAAN offers the best of both worlds - the luxury of the finest hotel combined with the privacy of a house. Villa KAAN uses quality towels and bed linens. A full time staff provides maid, pool, gardening, beach cleaning and security services and will cater to your every need. Guests are greeted upon arrival by an English-speaking host to provide an introduction to the facilities.
