This home is perfect for a multi-family get-together. The layout is wonderful -- appropriate for young children and senior citizens. The top floor and balcony were perfect for group time with the open layout, but the bedrooms were nice and private (each with balconies) for more private time. The elevator made things so simple for loading and unloading luggage and groceries, returning to our rooms tired after time at the beach, and for those who just didn't want to climb the stairs. The beach was very accessible, and having the state park so close by made for a much quieter beach experience. And, to top it all off, the home was spotlessly clean and attractively decorated. My only request is for better mattresses on the top bunks -- they were quite uncomfortable for anyone over the age of 6.
