Newer Monterey luxury condo in the New Vista Cay resort - adjacent to the Orange County Convention Center on Universal Blvd and very close to the famous I-Drive (International Drive). This spacious condo (1 of several units) has 2001 square feet in size. Features flat screen TV/DVD’s in every room and wireless internet. Bring your laptop and relax at the end of the day by working or checking email on the patio or by the pool! Fully-equipped ultra-modern full-size kitchen, dining room, and huge living room with a walk-out large patio. No need to worry if you didn't bring along enough clothes -- we also have a full washer/dryer in a separate laundry room. Sleeping accommodations include a King bed in the Master suite with a 27 in. TV/DVD, Queen bed in the second bedroom with 20 in. flatscreen TV/DVD, double beds in the third bedroom with 20 in. TV, and a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Also, a 37 in. flatscreen TV with DVD in the living room.
