This 3-story Caribbean Style Cottage is perfect for relaxing with lots of friends/family. You will be surrounded by the very best amenities and comforts. On the 2nd Floor, enjoy the spacious full size kitchen including Professional appliances, granite countertops and eat-in Bar. The kitchen overlooks the GM which offers a surround sound system for movies. An additional speaker System for music is throughout the cottage/outside. Have a lantern-lit dinner inside at our family dining area. A 2nd floor Master bedroom includes King and private bath (shower). There is one additional powder room and 3 porches for reading, napping and outdoor dining. The 1st floor is ideal for 2 families with kids. It offers 2 Masters with King Beds and private Baths (1/w shower only). The Bk RM just next door sleeps 4 and has a built in TV/DVD to entertain the kids. The 3rd floor has a game room, 2 bunks and full bath(shower) with outdoor balcony. Favorite spot is the outdoor summer kitchen.

Rosemary Beach is located in the beautiful beach of South Walton in the Panhandle of Florida. We are located between Panama City Beach and Destin, Florida of Hwy 98 onto Hwy 30-A. Our cottage is right in the middle of town, walking distance to restaurants, shops, pools and tennis. Lots of activities on the weekends at Rosemary Beach.
