3BR/2.5BA, Sleeper Sofa in Loft, Sleeps 6-8

Whether you are looking for a romantic get-away, a family retreat or simply a respite escape, this newly constructed cabin is for you. Private, yet convenient to the High Country areas of Boone, Blowing Rock and Banner Elk, NC, this cabin is your home away from home. Let Cinnamon Trace be your home base as you shop, ski and sight-see or enjoy staying home and relaxing on the front or back porch, playing games in the loft or nestling in front of one of two stone fireplaces. Master bedroom and bath are located on the main level along with the fully-equipped kitchen, dining and great room. Two bedrooms and a loft with a sleeper sofa are located upstairs. K*Q*TT (D in loft). Features include wireless Internet connection, 2 satellite TVs (one's a 42' flat screen) with DVDs, 2 main gathering areas with stone fireplaces (gas), dining seating for 10 and gas grill.

Cinnamon Trace is your home away from home. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths provide comfortable accommodations for 6. Open the loft sleeper sofa to sleep 2 more for a total of 8. The master bedroom and bath are on the main level, along with the fully-equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for 10, main gathering area and powder room. Two more bedrooms are upstairs, along with a full bath and a loft. The two separate gathering areas provide plenty of space to spread out and relax. A welcoming front porch and view back porch provide great places to read, rest and converse. All linens and towels are provided.

If you decide to venture out, local area attractions are just a short drive away and include: skiing, golfing, shopping, hiking, biking, fishing, horseback riding, and gem mining. Local favorites include Grandfather Mountain, Tweetsie Railroad, The Blowing Rock, Linville Caverns and Falls and many scenic stops along the Blue Ridge Parkway. For skiing, the cabin is 5 miles from Hawksnest, 7 miles from Sugar Mountain and 15 miles from Beech Mountain and 15 miles from Appalachian ski slopes.

This is a non-smoking cabin. We are unable to accomodate pets.

Close to local ski slopes: Hawksnest (5 miles), Sugar Mountain (7 miles), Beech Mountain (15 miles) and Appalachian (15 miles). Nearby golf courses are Boone Golf Club, Jefferson Landing Golf Course, Linville Ridge Golf Course, Mountain Aire Golf Club and Willow Creek Golf Course. Enjoy shopping at the quaint local stores on the main streets of Boone or Blowing Rock, Mast General Store and Shoppes on the Parkway. Local attractions include Grandfather Mountain, Tweetsie Railroad, The Blowing Rock, Linville Caverns and Falls and many scenic stops along the Blue Ridge Parkway. Convenient to Appalachian State University and Lees-McRae College. Go fishing, hiking, biking, horseback riding, gem mining, white water rafting or relaxing at one of several local parks.

Amazing and Breathtaking

This cabin is absolutely amazing and breathtaking! To be able to stay here was so much fun and so relaxing. Thank you for the opportunity! I have never been able to stay in the mountains so it was truly exciting. The view is awesome. The cabin is so spectacular and perfect. I hope I can return in the future to be able to enjoy it once again!

Thank you so much! We loved the cabin, the view, the area! We hiked the Profile Trail to see the Grandfather Mountain Profile and had fun at Mast General Store in Valle Crusis. A nice lunch at 1861 and dinner at Puerto Nuevo in Banner Elk. Beautiful and relaxing!

Much-needed Getaway
