The home is located twenty minutes south of historical Dahlonega, (The Gold Rush Town) and within an hour of the beautiful Bavarian town of Helen.

The local fare has much to offer as well golf, fine dining, wine tasting, white water rafting, tubing, horseback riding, Kangaroo Conservation is only minutes away, as well as the Lake Lanier Islands..

It is just a short drive to the Amicalola Falls State Park for some hiking and post card scenery and photography.

The house is conveniently located four miles north of the Georgia Premium Outlet Mall, having about 140 outlet stores for your shopping pleasure. Several grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, other retail stores and a newly built movie theater and family fun center. Just to the north you will find the Kangaroo Conservation Center, and many nature areas. You will find fine dining and fast food within five miles to suite any appetite. There is easy access to Dahlonega , Helen, Cumming, Gainesville, Alpharetta, Buckhead and Atlanta, as well as Hartsfield Jackson International Airport (about 65 miles away).
