Beautiful three bedroom, 2 bath waterfront house located in south east Pompano Beach. Bring your boat, just minutes to the intra-coastal waterway (one fixed bridge) and to the open ocean. Large covered patio yet open to the crystal blue pool with adjoining deck.

The nicely landscaped, gated and fenced yard provides plenty of privacy. Very nice upscale area of all single family homes, close to shopping, beaches, restaurants, entertainment, etc. Small pets may be allowed with additional deposit required.

Prefer monthly rentals or for the season.
