PRIVATE BEACH AND TENNIS VILLA ON LONG BAY BEACH

This beachfront property was a perfect vacation getaway. The location is very private but not isolated and and easily accessable by car to restaurants and shopping. The layout is priceless offering multiple sleeping accomodations that can handle multiple combinations of occupants. There is a great guesthouse with all the ammenties with a beautiful balcony overlooking the main house and ocean. The main house has a seperate family room with bar/TV/refrigerator which was a great place to congregate. The pool deck is contingous with a expansive beach deck that offered beautiful morning views for yoga and Pilates workouts, or lounging for the less active. The outdoor deck also had fixed shade to rest sundrenched skin. The beach was just lovely and a lighted walkway safely made heading down to the beach at night safe and enviting. Dinners on the outdoor porch were magnificant and the barbecue was huge with a seperate bar area. Moon lit nights, tropical breezes, fine wine, and conversation made for a perfect memory. We arranged a chef one night through the own/manager which made for a spectacular evening. The house had a beautiful living room and seperate indoor dining room. The kitchen had all one would need to feed an army. Washing machines were plentiful. The beach was perfect for long walks and had a seperate lounge area with fixed thatched sun protection. We spent many hours on the beautiful tennis court that had night lighting, a seperate exercise building with refrigerator and indoor and shaded outdoor seating areas. The property overall was kept in perfect condition. The owners obviously care about the aesthetics and don't leave broken items unattended. They seem to spare no expense in maintainance. The landscaping is beautiful and the property overall feels first class. You cannot go wrong here because nothing is missing or unworthy of your effort or money.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Casa V. I was there with a group of 14, most of whom were friends from college. This is an excellent place to come to with a large group. The property is set up as an oceanside compound whose buildings are spread out over a large area. This allows for privacy if one wants quiet time with a good book, or to share a dinner for 14 around a table set up outside with a perfect view of the ocean. The property also features a large media room, a fitness room, a pool and an outdoor shower. There are shops nearby and water sports aplenty, but for me the attraction was the rugged, unspoiled and wonderfully quiet and private setting that defines Casa V. From the gourmet dinner served by Chef Alex, to the spirited doubles tennis match on the property's well-surfaced, lighted tennis court, to simply talking in the beautifully maintained and manicured lush landscaping, Casa V offers something for everyone. I definitely look forward to returning...

Sorry for the delay in letting you know about our stay at your house.
Casa V TOTALLY met all of our expectations. Your home is so beautiful. Very well set up for accomodating large groups. Love the beach development. The grounds are so lovely and well kept. Pool was used as much as the ocean. We all loved the Turks. Our group golfed, went on a day sail with Sail Provo (saw the whales which was so amazing) went to Grace Bay shopping and dining. We had Alex over to prepare most dinners and some breakfasts, so good.

There is not a thing that is missing or lacking at your house. We have all rented homes before (various locations in the US, Jamaica and Bahamas) and yours is one of the best.
We would highly recommend the Casa V and the Turks!

Have you been to Anna`s Art Gallery in Grace Bay? I fell in love with that store. Bought some fab pictures and jewellery!
