Plasma TV in living room, 20 inch LCD's in both bedrooms, king size bed in master, fully equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer. Wireless High Speed internet access, resort style community pool with water slide, playground/fort.

Windsor Hills-The closest Residential Community to Disney Property. Newest gated resort is the very best of its kind. There are many shopping plazas within a mile from the home with many restaurants, a medical care facility and a drug store.

New Luxury Condominium: Windsor Hills is a new, 5-star gated resort community located just minutes from all of the Disney attractions. This new condominium features 2 master bedrooms. One bedroom includes a King size bed and a 20 inch LCD flat panel TV. The other master bedroom contains 2 Full size beds and a 20 inch LCD flat panel TV. Each of the 2 bathrooms includes a full bath and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher in addition to everything you will need to feel at home-coffee maker, blender, cooking utensils and a complete set of dishes and silverware. All linens and towels are provided. The luxurious living room features a 42 inch flat panel plasma TV, a DVD player and a PlayStation 2. The patio has a patio table and chairs.

Fantastic Location: Winsdor Hills is a closed home community that is located less than 2 miles to the Disney Main Gate and all of its' attractions. The community is located in the Kissimmee-Oralndo area that is ranked the #1 vacation destination in the world. Its' location is easily accessible from I-4 and is an easy drive from Orlando International Airport. The other Orlando attractions are within a short drive from Windsor Hills-Universal Studios, Sea World, costal beaches and Wet and Wild. Major shoping malls and outlet malls are all within a short distance from Windsor Hills. The Windsor Hills Clubhouse features a movie theater, foos ball, ping pong tables,arcade, excerise room, and a sundry shop. The large, heated pool includes a 2 story kid's water slide and a playground with a large play fort and slides.

Included with condo: Our condo supplies one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 package dishwasher detergent (for one load), 1 garbage bag, 2 small bars of soap for each bathroom. The following list of items should be brought with you for your stay: Coffee filters (round), Coffee/tea, Dry Creamer, Sugar, 4 regular size bars of bath soap, 4 tall kitchen garbage bags, 4 rolls of toilet paper, Clothes soap-powder, Dishwasher detergent-powder, Insulated Styrofoam cooler for taking beverages to the pool. These items can be purchased at the general store on the property or can be brought with you. There is a one-time $70 clean fee.

A $300 damage deposit will be placed on a credit card at time of arrival. This is released 10 days after departure with no damage to the unit.

A wonderful resort and condo

We are just returning from our vacation at Windsor Hills in Orlando. Although our weather wasn't the greatest, the resort was just perfect for kids. The pool is just a short walk from the condo, and the pool was fantastic. We have a 2 yr old and a 4 yr old, and the zero entry feature (along with the shallow depth of most of the pool) made it just perfect for kids that don't yet know how to swim. We also visited the playground at the resort, and it was very nice as well. The resort was VERY close to Disney, and staff made our family feel very welcome and secure. The condo itself was very clean and well decorated, and there were plenty of beach towels, also cooking supplies if we wanted to stay in and eat, and even an umbrella stroller in the spare closet. We were apprehensive about using VRBO, and really knew nothing about the Orlando area, but we believe we hit the jackpot with this rental.

This was our second stay in Windsor Hills complex. The condo was exactly as pictured and very clean. This condo exceeded our expectations. It comes complete with everything you need. The kids (5 and 8) loved the pool as much as they did the Magic Kingdom. A Very safe environment for young families.

Perfect Disney trip

Alice's Wonderland condo was as described. The location is perfect for those planning a Disney vacation. Also close to grocery stores, a Super Target, fast food and sit down dining. Plenty of room for my family of 5. Kitchen was well supplied with most essentials for eating in as we did most evenings. Loved the washer/dryer so I could keep up the the laundry and not have so much upon returning home. The property was clean and well maintained although carpet and sofas beginning to look a little worn (just by use not negelect). Had contact with owner a couple of times before trip...was prompt and helpful. Had a great week in Orlando.
