This home has been completely remodeled and is just waiting for your family vacation. Walk to the beach, Kids' Corner and downtown in minutes. Come Enjoy! Everything is brand new: paint, appliances, floors, furniture, air conditioning, and deck. This house has two bedrooms, one large bathroom, laundry facilities and an open kitchen, dining, living room area. It is bright and cheerful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The backyard is large and fenced. There is a new deck with a screened in gazebo. Large deck for soaking up the sun.

This house is located in a quiet neighborhood in South Haven. It is a short walk to the public beach, Kids' Corner park & play structure, and downtown shops and restaurants. South Haven is located in southwest Michigan on the fabulous shores of Lake Michigan. We are a two hour drive from Chicago and three hours from Detroit. We are close to Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo and South Bend. It is also a short drive to many neighboring communities that make excellent day trips!

Additional information about rental rates

  • Check in is 3 p.m. and Check out is 10 a.m.
  • Terms: We require a 50% deposit of the rental rate within 10 days of booking to hold the date. The remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival along with a refundable security deposit of $400.00. The security deposit will be returned within 30 days of departure. Check in is 3 p.m. and Check out is 10 a.m.

    Peak Season: $1000/week.
    Off-Peak Season: $1500/month.
  • Cancellation Policy: Should a cancellation be necessary, we charge a flat fee of $50. If the cottage can be re-booked, all funds paid will be returned. If the cottage can not be re-booked, all funds paid will be forfeited except for the refundable security deposit.
