Introducing The Laughlin House:
Built in 1956, this 5,000 sq/ft home was one of the first of the large island mansions in Stone Harbor, New Jersey. For over 56 years, this property has been under the care and maintenance of four-generations of the Laughlin family, and it keeps getting better with each passing year. This amazing house contains 8 beautiful bedrooms, 4 ½ baths, and other living areas totaling 24 gorgeous and uniquely decorated rooms. Comfortably sleeping up to 24 people, this house is perfect for groups, executive getaways, and extended family vacations or for anyone who expects more from their next summer rental.
About The House...:
Inside this multi-generational family owned estate you will find all the comforts of home combined with the amenities normally only available in resort living. The Laughlin House offers you a 600 square foot combination game room & entertainment area with an elegant peninsula fireplace, large screen TV, and classic arcade games for entertaining not only the children but the whole family. You will experience comfort that simply no other home can offer. You can sit back in our cool climate-controlled sun-rooms, each with an ocean view, or just open the French balcony doors to let in the soothing distant sounds and smells of vacation life at the shore. You can entertain outside on one of our two backyard patios, one for sunning and one with shelter from the heat of the midday sun. We also offer multiple eating areas on the 1st and 2nd floors so your favorite snacks and refreshments are always just a room or two away. For more on Amenities, view the full list below.
