This is our family's second home and our favorite place to be! It is a 1450-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bath, luxurious, eighth-floor condominium at the newly renovated, world-class, Sanibel Harbour Resort and Spa; the only four star, four diamond resort in southwest Florida! The Sanibel Harbour Resort is situated on a private peninsula on 100 acres of lush, tropical, unspoiled, San Carlos Bay waterfront off the Gulf of Mexico. Situated at waters edge the unit has truly unobstructed, panoramic views of Sanibel, Captiva, Pine, and numerous preserve islands. Enjoy the many resort amenities or area attractions; or, just enjoy quiet times walking our private beach, or just gazing out over the bay and islands from our large private lanai (balcony) to often spot dolphin, manatee, eagles, and other birds and wildlife. It seems you can almost reach out and touch them!

  • The master bedroom is large and easily accommodates two personal closets, a king-size bed, 6 drawer dresser, two night stands with drawers, three lamps, and TV and VCR. It has large windows, overlooks the bay, and offers private slider-doors access to the lanai (screened balcony). The master bath adjoins. The second bedroom is also of generous size and accommodates two twin beds (which can be pulled together if desired), night stand, dresser, lamp, TV set, and 8 foot closet. The windows here overlook 80 acres of unspoiled, natural Florida habitat and San Carlos Bay. For two-couple guests, a second private suite with bath can be formed by pulling closed a pocket door thus isolating the space from the balance of the condo unit.

This condo has a perfect view! When sitting on the lanai, it looks like the building is floating in water. Really cool! We saw the dolphins, manatee, and a horseshoe crab from the lanai. The Pelicans fly right by the screened in lanai also. We used the spa... REALLY NICE! You have your choice of pools and hot tubs to use, or go to the beach and swim in the ocean right outside your door! The resort pools have waitress service, so it's like you are staying at the resort, but yet you have your own private place to go back to, just a short walk away. Restaurants are there for convenience too! It was PERFECT!

Henry was GREAT! Very interested in making sure we had all necessities. His responses via email and telephone were very prompt. Very nice man!

Outstanding condo -views second to none - equipped with everything you could hope for - multiple pools and hot tubs - private beach -well maintained grounds. You will not be disappointed if you choose this unit!

Our condo was exceptionally neat ...Our views were amazing.. The staff was extremely friendly and the description of the condo is perfect...better than the photos. Would recommend to anyone going to that area.

This vacation went off without a hitch. Henry was so easiy to work with. Had everything we needed in the condo. Lots of fun things to do close by and a wonderful view. We couldn't have ask for anything else.
