Townhome has been completely renovated in 2007! Enjoy the comfortable living room with its over-stuffed couches while sitting by the fireplace or watching the new 37 inch flat screen TV. Or retire to one of the cozy bedrooms, each with queen beds and lots of pillows. Armoires each contain televisions for your enjoyment. Take the spiral stairway to the loft and you will find a comfortable futon & lots of books and games. Just a short walk to the beach and the pier, where you'll find seven miles of white sand and surf!

We spent a week at the condo, and had a fantastic time. It's close enough to everything (bars, restaurants, shops, the beach), yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. The accomodations and amenities were excellent, and we would certainly recommend this property to anyone who's interested. The owners were incredibly helpful and accomodating on many levels.

The property was very clean and in a quiet location. A little farther from the beach than we had thought but not bad. Is right in the center of things, you can walk to everything.

My 3 teenagers and I very much enjoyed our stay here. The photos on the website do not do the inside justice. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated in gorgeous colors with various framed prints of ocean scenes, each bedroom had a ceiling fan, tv, and connected to a bathroom. The loft is perfect for young people, with it's colorful decor. The livingroom is bigger than it looks on the site, the couch & loveseat are extremely comfy! The tv is awesome, on the wall. The neighborhood was pretty quiet at night, being far enough away from the busyness of the pier area. There is so much to do in the area, if you want to experience a quieter beach time I would highly recommend taking a drive down west Grand Ave. to Ocean Park and Camp Ellis. There's a jetty to fish off, also. Lastly, you must visit "Jimmy the Greek's" for pizza. Enjoy your stay at Old Orchard!

We stayed in this condo for our two-week vacation in July and were quite pleased with the accomodations as well as the location. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable with more than enough space for our two small children to play. It's in a great location within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and all the amusements for both kids and adults. There was also lots of information available on numerous activities and attractions in the surrounding areas. We had a great time and look forward to next year.

This was our first experience renting a property this way. From the beginning through the end we found the owners did all they could to make this as easy a process as possible.
The property itself is very nicely decorated and very well maintained. The furnishings are surprisingly upscale for a beach rental with all of comforts and conveniences of home. It has the positive of being within easy walking distance to the beach and pier but as it is not right in the center of the pier area you are able to get away from the crowds.
We found the location of Old Orchard Beach to be a great base to take day trips to visit several other litlle towns in the area.
I vacation regularly and this was one of my best trips! As we were traveling with a teen not only did this property give us a very nice home for the week, there was enough to do so that every one on the trip got to do what they wanted.
