The Townhomes of the Regency Cabanas are located on the world famous Pensacola Beach, known for it's white 'sugar-like' sands. The unit is 3 stories, with a private parking garage. The unit overlooks the pool, which is available to guests. As part of the Gulf Offshore Islands National Park & Seashore, the island is several miles long, offering shops, casual as well as fine dining and clubs. It offers several miles of undisturbed and undeveloped national and state park lands, great for those peaceful walks or bike riding. The Northern Gulf of Mexico waters as well as local bay waters, offer some of the best fishing (Marlin, Grouper, Red Snapper, etc) as well as excellent scuba diving (USS Oriskany). Visit Fort Pickens, a pre civil war Fort, which is now a National Park. Close by is the City of Pensacola, with an active downtown quarter, visit the historic Seville Quarter, with it's quaint shops, restaurants and nightlife.

Tucked away on the quieter end of the beach, but still close by to the shops and restaurants. Complex was very quiet, almost as if we had it to ourselves. It would have been nice to have had a heated pool.
The property manager was very responsive, met us on arrival at the unit. He recommended a very nice restaurant for dinner (Hemingways) and yes the mojitos were very good. Thank you for the tip!
