Amenities include; a huge swimming pool, work-out room, basketball courts, boat launch, kayaking, and tennis courts all within the community. The new Bayside Jack Nichlas Golf Course is only one mile from the house. The community is surrounded by woods, Dirickson Creek, Assawaman Bay and the Rufuge State Wildlife Reserve.. There are several ponds throughout the neighborhood. There is a double garage with garage door opener, deck with barbecue, outdoor shower, cable and satellite T.V..
