Light and open beautiful second floor one bedroom with spectacular mountain views.Large floor plan. Sit and relax on the deck while you enjoy the red rock mountains. One of the top golf destinations in the west, St. George is a 'year round' golfers' paradise.

Some of the events that St George is famous for are: the St George Marathon, the Huntsman World Senior Games, the St George Art Festival and the Parade of Homes.

This Sports Village condo is located in prestigious Green Valley. Enjoy all of the amenities of Sports Village, swimming, shuffleboard, racquetball, tennis, game room, miniature golf, and the work out center. Or enjoy the Green Valley Spa directly across the street.

About The Owner

My husband Brian and I live on the Broad River Beaufort SC. We have two Australian Shepherds, Millie and Mocha. Although we love our home we always miss St George when we are not there.

Why The Owner chose St. George

When we are in St George we both feel so fit. We love to hike ( especially at Zion and Bryce Canyon ) , and then come to Sports Village and relax by the pool or go to the spa. Its the perfect vacation for us.

What makes this condo unique

We enjoy having coffee in the fresh cool morning air on our balcony overlooking the beautiful red rock mountains of Utah. One our favorite places to for lunch is Kayenta. There are wonderful artist galleries there and the coffee and food is great.
