House, 4 Bedrooms + Den, 4 Baths, (Sleeps 11)

Spacious 4 bedroom 4 bath home perfect for groups of all sizes. This home is great for family get-togethers, vacations or just a great get-away for a couple for the weekend. Pricing will vary based on number of guests, affordable for 2 to 10 guests. Bring your own boat or rent from a marina that's close by. Huge grassed yard between the house and lake is wonderful and loved by the birds, an occasional squirrel, and has worked perfect for weddings and family reunions. Take your coffee 100 feet to the dock, sit and enjoy the egrets, ducks and geese that swim by or watch the fish jumping, breaking the glass surface of the water. There is a nice boat dock with covered sitting / fishing platform that extends out into the lake. Great for fishing, swimming and tying up your boat, just down from the house.

The house is fully equipped for your stay, with property managers close by if you have any last minute needs. Entry gate insures privacy and comfort as you relax on the porch, on the upper deck, on the dovk or the patio near the bird houses nearby.

There is another 2 bedroom house on the property for larger groups, and we have contacts with several other owner's for a Texas style get-together. Other house on property is vrbo # 154454

What makes this house unique

It's great to take a cup of coffee and sit out on the dock and relax. It's also nice to just lower the boat into the water and take a cruise, do some fishing, boat over to the Lakeside Grill for breakfast or lunch.

Excellent Vacation spot on crowded Holiday weekend

Booked this beautiful home before I found out it was a major holiday weekend! To our absolute delight, the cove this house is in is off the lake and was as private and quite as could be! My grandkids fished right off the dock and caught about 30 fish. Their ages were between 4 and 9 and all caught something for the first time. The house itself was fantastic and had everything we needed to fulfill our vacation needs. What made it even better it was close to town so when I did need something ( Ice Cream ) for our sundaes it was close by. Next year plan on getting the larger house and inviting everyone out to stay with us! Perfect place for family reunion or any type of gathering. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and the guest house was perfect! We made the road trip from California and I was very reluctant about renting from a website but I can assure you the Owner has made this a very nice experience and memorable vacation for my family.

Great location for a small wedding...

Miss Kitty's Lakehouse turned out to be an excellent spot to have a small lakeside wedding. If you plan an event there, I highly recommend renting both houses for privacy and so you have good parking for guests. We had 35 people attend and it was a beautiful event. The property manager is very accommodating and the owner is very nice too. Just a wonderful experience overall. East Texas is a peaceful place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Dallas and all our guests enjoyed the pretty scenery too.

This is such a wonderful and peaceful place to stay.
Our non-profit organization used this house for
our staff retreat and loved it. The place is clean, big
and furnished with everything you could possibly
need. Sunrises were incredible too!
The owner and property managers were so
accommodating and friendly!

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL PLACE FOR SOME R&R. VERY CHARMING HOME WITH PLENTY OF ROOM. THE KITCHEN WAS WELL STOCKED WITH DISHES, POT/PANS, BLENDER, ECT. BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE. THE SCENERY WAS BEAUTIFUL AND PEACEFUL. LOVED THE BOAT DOCK AREA WITH THE SWING. EVEN CAUGHT SOME FISH. NICE OUTSIDE GRILL/SMOKER.
WE WILL BE BACK!!!
