    50% deposit required to confirm weekly reservation-personal checks accepted.
    Deposits not received in one week will result in cancellation of reservation.
    Upon check-in, balance can be paid by Visa, MasterCard, money order or cash. No personal checks accepted.
    Full payment is required if reservation is made within one month of arrival.

  • We reserve the right to limit the number of persons occupying a suite.

    There are no refunds for early departures. No exceptions. Any cancellation will result in a $75 charge.

    Weekly: Cancellation before 21 days, your deposit minus $75 will be refunded. Cancellation after 21 days all monies are forfeited unless room/suite is rented at sole discretion of management.

    Nightly: Deposits are non-refundable if canceled within 21 days of arrival. Cancellation 21 days before your stay a $75 cancellation fee will be charged
