2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps 6.

Two story town home located midway between Mt. Mansfield and Stowe. Facilities include 2 outdoor pools, 6 tennis courts, fishing ponds, hot tub and sauna. Located near the 5 mile town recreation path used for hiking, biking or cross country skiing. Cross country trails on premises, as well as hiking trails through woods. A swimming hole in the river is nearby. Lovely views of Mt. Mansfield and located near the Von Trapp Family Lodge. Newly refurnished and remodeled unit with king bed, gas fireplace, washer and dryer and lovely upstairs and downstairs porches.

Location: This town home is located in a well maintained association that has two outdoor pools, 6 tennis courts, hot tub and sauna. There are numerous hiking and skiing trails on the grounds. The view is across a farm field and of Mt. Mansfield.

Winter: It is only three miles from the Stowe Ski Area, which has recently undergone major changes to its beginner and intermediate areas. There also is a new gondola connecting Mt. Mansfield with Spruce Mountain. Just up the road is the Von Trapp Lodge with numerous cross country ski trails.

Summer/Fall: In the summer there are numerous outdoor activities including the Von Trapp Music Festival and pond and garden tours. The town home is located adjacent to the five mile recreation path leading into town and bikes may be rented nearby. Toll Road is open to the top and you can drive your vehicle up the same trails you skied in the winter. Of course, there is foliage time with all the great colors visible from your unit.

In the winter there is downhill and cross country skiing. In the summer there is swimming, biking, golf, fishing,touring, music festivals, garden tours, etc. In the fall there is the car show, hot air balloons and of course foliage.

Beautifully and comfortably decorated and furnished! Better than home. Spectacular views and great location. Quiet but close to everything. We would definitely rent here again. Out of 3 different locations we have stayed in Stowe, this was by far the best.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
