QUIET, SPACIOUS LAKEFRONT HOUSE ON LAKE WINNISQUAM WITH DOCK

This vacation house is amazing! I have been going here since I can remember I go to Lake Winnisquam with my family each year and we always rent a house for a week in the summer. And we usually go here, we love it!!! Last year we did not come here though because we did not put an offer in soon enough, but we missed this place so much that this year we are coming here! I can not wait to have another amazing summer vacation with my family! We always rent a boat and maybe I might be able to mention a jet ski like 2 years ago, we may be able to afford it because this place is pretty affordable! My family and I have even been through the renovations with this house like the new paint color. Also the little spot in the house over looking the lake had walls behind it but now its open because the walls are not there. There are enough bedrooms to fit our two families in, upstairs the two bedrooms are neat, and down stairs the two bedrooms with beds in it and the pull out couch down there makes it enough to fit just about everyone! Even though the decorations may not be the best, it is a New Hampshire house so I guess they are alright ;) Can not wait for this summer here! (rated it 4 stars and not 5 cause of the decorations

Spent a long weekend here with family and friends for New Years. The layout of the house is great for any type of group, whether family, friends, couples, or kids. The house was spotless and organized on arrival and the owner was easily reached by phone or email anytime I had a question regarding my plans. The house has a wonderful view of the lake, very easy to get to, and close by to many area shops and restaurants. We spent most of our time at the house gazing at the ice fishing right outside. I definitely reccomend this house for any type of group getaway. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would defintely rent again during any season.

My family (myself, my husband, my parents, and my dog) stayed here the first week in June. As another reviewer mentioned, its set up perfectly for two families. This is our 3rd year renting a place together, and the best by far. The house is very nice and spacious and in a pretty quiet location (Memorial Day weekend was a little busy, but it quieted right down). It was well equipped, well maintained, and clean. The owner was friendly and available to answer any questions we had. We loved the location and being out in the woods. Plenty of nature yet not too far from town. We heard loons throughout the day, every day. Our dog had a great time chasing the numerous chipmunks around the yard, and we were able to leave her off leash and not worry, which is something we can't do back home. There were also plenty of ducks, geese, and a little otter-type animal floating around on his back in the lake - cute. The lake was enjoyable, even in early June. I swam from the dock (nice and deep), and there are steps into the water with a sandy-bottomed area for kids.

Anything you would need is only a 15-30 minute drive (either Meredith, Laconia, or Tilton). There's a lot to do in the lakes region, but we stayed at the house mostly because it was so relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place!
