This is a fully furnished, fully-equipped condominium, the master bedroom has a king size bed with access to the balcony, second bedroom has a queen size bed and third bedroom has a king size bed. Kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Wet bar and formal dining room. Full washer and dryer in the unit. The rental includes a 30 foot deep water boat slip in a protected harbor. This penthouse condo also offers a heated pool with jetted spa, two lighted tennis courts, club house with fitness center and a Tiki hut for entertaining. You can walk out the front door of the condo and cross the street into the ocean. Nearby sports activities such as fishing, diving, snorkeling and swimming with the dolphins.
