  • A cleaning fee of $115 will be charged for stays of less than 7 nights.
  • $225 per night plus12.41% tax.
    The minimum stay is 7 nights unless there is a 'fill in' vacancy.
    A cleaning fee of $115 is charged for stays of less than seven nights.
    Holiday rates of $275 per night plus 12.41% are charged for the nights of December 24 through January 2.
  • A refundable $250 deposit will reserve your vacation accommodations.
    Payment is due in full sixty days prior to your arrival in Kauai.
    Upon receipt of your payment, the keys to your vacation rental will be sent directly to you.
