A great Falmouth Cape Cod vacation home with a pool! An in-town location. AC in 3 of the bedrooms. Walk to Falmouth Cape Cod Village, if you can get away from the pool, WiFi, and ping pong table. This place has it all. Steps to the Shining Sea Bike Path. You will love the private, well landscaped secluded Cape Cod vacation home. The large patio overlooks the kidney shaped pool. The bedrooms (3 of 4) are hardwood floors. The basement has a couch & love seat, as well as cable TV/DVD, so kids (or adults!) can go downstairs to watch a show or movie, while others enjoy themselves upstairs. Note it is an unfinished basement; low ceilings! The location is perfect. You can walk to Seafood Sam's Restaurant (1/4 mile) as well as others... and only a 10 minute walk to Falmouth Village, where you can enjoy the shops, restaurants and bars that make our Main Street one of the best in all of New England. High quality throughout - even a flat panel TV to watch the Sox!

Walk to downtown Falmouth Village and all that it has to offer, or also just steps to the Shining Sea Bike Path, which can take you to the beach, or famous Woods Hole! Falmouth is a great starting point for any Cape Cod Vacation. We have three ferries to Martha's Vineyard, and are centrally located for you to explore all of Cape Cod, plus Plymouth MA, Newport RI, and other fine areas as well. Nantucket can be reached via ferry with a short 1/2 hr drive to the ferry. Note that the home has a ping pong table in the garage for your enjoyment.

  • One full bathroom, and two half baths, but also a very nice enclosed outdoor shower near the pool. Bedroom # 4 has one of the 1/2 baths right off of it. One of the 1/2 baths is in the 'pool room' and can only be accessed from the outside, and is shut down in the winter.

  • Hardwood floors and AC in the first three bedrooms! Bedroom 4 (with the full bed) has a 1/2 bath directly off of it) This is the bedroom without AC. But you do get great cross breezes, as there is a slider, with two window opposite it. There is a fifth room in the basement with two twins. We hesitate to call it a 'bedroom' as it has low ceilings & no windows. However, it can be used for occasional guests, bringing the maximum occupancy to 10. But please note this house is most comfortable with 8 people or less. The basement bedroom is separate from the living area in the basement, that has cable TV/DVD & a couch & loveseat. The whole basement is unfinished.
