Located on beautiful Torch Lake with beautiful views of the lake and sunsets. . The cottage features a wood-burning fireplace, open porch and screened -in porch, dining room, living room and den with a fold-out couch. The house has 3 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each , 1 1/2 baths and a detached unit with 2 twin beds and a full bath.

Suitable for families with young children. This large wooded property has 150 feet of lakefront, including a private dock.

Walk to Clam River, Dockside Tavern, Butch's Tackle and DeWitt Marine.

Torch Lake was named the third most beautiful lake in the world by National Geographic Magazine. The lake is 19 miles long and about two and one-half miles wide and is part of a chain of lakes which allows boating from Elk Rapids to Bellaire.

Traverse City, Charlevoix, the Leelanau Peninsula, Old Mission Peninsula and Petoskey are all within an hour's drive. Interlochen National Music Camp (offering excellent concerts), Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, Mackinac Island, Hartwick Pines and the Soo Locks are further but are well worth visiting. Restaurants are close and range from modest to expensive... hamburger to gourmet. Eight golf courses within a few minutes drive.
