The Royals are walking distance to famous Whalers Village where you can find a variety of restaurants and shops to spend leisure time in. Kaanapali Beach and Black Rock are located just in front of Whalers Village, so you can spend time in the sun and walk up to lunch. Or have dinner during one of the most beautiful sunsets on the islands. Drive five minutes into Lahaina Town for many of the best restaurants and art galleries on Maui.

Great Location - Great Place

We had rented this condo in October as my husband had a convention at the Sheraton. Didn't want to rent 3 rooms at the hotel so opted for this spacious, lovely condo. All 8 of us had a great time - husband could walk to the mtgs at the Sheraton and we had the use of the car. Condo is a great location as it's close to Whaler's Village where we spent quite a bit of time and could golf right out the patio doors. Close to the pool and the condo itself had everything one would need. Would most certainly go back to and I think we were all glad we rented a condo instead of 3 rooms in a hotel as we had all the room we needed and it was very reasonably priced.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

A wonderful time in a great condo!

I stayed in this condo with a group of friends and family-5 adults and 1 child in Nov. 2012. We all had a great time! The condo was spacious, well-maintained, clean, and centrally located. We could easily walk to the beach and Whaler's Village (10-15 minutes), and it was a quick drive to Lahaina. The condo had all the amenities we could want and more-washer, dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen, 2 updated bathrooms, a nice peaceful patio, and beach chairs and towels for us to use.

Best of all the owners, Dave and Kris were easy to get a hold of, quick to answer questions, flexible, and helpful.

I have been to Maui many times, and have stayed in various condos...this was definitely one of the best!

Our Home in Paradise

This July was the 4th year in a row that we stayed at this condo. Beautifully appointed, large rooms, large lanai (patio) with BBQ. Sunsets from patio and a short walk to great restaurants (try Leilani's on the beach), nightlife, and the best beach on Maui! Owner has eveythng in condo you could want, including free wireless internet. Hope to be there again next y

My Home Away From Home

This was our 3rd time at this condo. We wouldn't stay anywhere else. Beautifully appointed, large & spacious. The kitchen had just about everything you could think of and the washer & dryer came in handy. We loved having breakfast each morning on the lanai (patio) as well as the wonderful sunsets while we sipped our Mai Tai; all from the comfort of our condo patio. A short walk away is Whaler's Village, and numerous dining spots. Lailani's beachside was our favorite. Although there was only the 2 of us; we would recommend this condo for just about anyone. We hope to be back again next year!
