Two sun drenched roof top terraces with views of sea and mountains along with living room terrace overlooking communal pool and gardens. 1st floor comprised of kitchen with all mod cons, utility room, entrance hall, living cum dining room. Second hall leading to two double bedrooms with bathrooms, one overlooking pool area and second facing west. Stairs leads to master bedroom and separate bathroom along with two roof top terraces. Apartment is air conditioned throughout and furnished to a high standard. TV, DVD, Video, and Hi-Fi included. Near Los Flamingos golf course, sunny beach, shopping, beach restaurants and bars a few minutes stroll. A golden gem set in beautiful sunny tropical gardens only 150 metres from Costalita's sandy beach with sunshine all day long and starry nights. Across the main road from the PGA accredited Los Flamingos Golf Course, close to supermarkets, 2 luxury hotels, 2 beach restaurants just a few minutes stroll. Water sports are available on the beach. 10 minutes drive to San Pedro, 15 minutes to Puerto Banus and Estepona, 20 minutes to Marbella, there is also an excellent taxi and bus service. Gateway to: duty free shopping in Gibraltar, the historic town of Rhonda, Tarifa - noted for it's world class surfing and diving, Valdarama, and Sotogrande, Granada is 2 hours away. The mountains are close by providing a picturesque backdrop and the mountain villages of Benavis and Istan are worth a visit. There is excellent shopping in Estepona, Puerto Banus, and Marbella. Selwo Zoo is a few minutes drive west. There is an abundance of good restaurants close to Costalita suiting all tastes.

The swimming pool has a shallow end for children and tends not to be too crowded. Normal pool safety rules apply. We had a wonderful time, the apartment was just what we were looking for, and enjoyed it a lot. Very nice place, neat and with all the appliances, facilities, etc. needed to have a confortable stay. The urbanization was great and my children enjoyed it a lot. Very safe, clean and well taken care of. Beautiful views...

Next year if we repeat Malaga as our holiday destinity, we will contact you again.

Spent a week in July and the facility is top class. Well kept gardens and pool. Good morning or evening walks along the beach. Would recommend visiting Gibraltar, Ronda and Estepona, all within easy reach. About a 45 min drive fron Malaga airport.

Great Holiday

My family and I have just returned from a fantastic holiday at this property. The description given was exact with many things better than expected. There were 6 in our group, 3 adults and 3 children. There was more than enough space for all, three good double rooms and three well equipped bathrooms. This meant that there was no worry about waking the kids when it was time to relax on one of the three terraces in the evening.
A good selection of shops and restaurants are within easy reach but a car did mean that we were able to explore the area more and was well worth the cost.
The beach was very close but we spent little time there as the pool was clean, safe and well maintained by the army of gardeners who keep the grounds immaculate.
Lastly I would just say that there was a real feeling of community at the complex and the children were never witout company regardless of nationality / language. Complex also appeared very secure.

This accomodation is excellent with beautiful sunny balconies throughout the day. The bedrooms are spacious and the 3 bathrooms are very convienent in such lovely weather. The living room is very relaxing. The kitchen is well equiped with all the essentials. The complex is magnificent and very family freindly with a beautiful pool in spectacular landscaped gardens which lead directly onto the beach. Costalita is within easy reach of Estopena and Marbella and consequently there are a varity of very good golfcourses to choose from. I would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone, families or groups of six as it is an ideal place to relax and enjoy your holiday.

Wir haben in dieser Wohnung mit zwei Familien (4 Kinder) zwei Wochen Ferien verbracht. Die Wohnung war gross genug dafür und grundsätzlich in einem guten Zustand. Im übrigen ist die gesamte Anlage Costalita sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Pools sind für kleine Kinder nicht so ideal, da sie keine flachen Bereiche haben. Der Strand ist in naturbelassenem Zustand und nicht von Liegen- und Sonnenschirmverleiher besiedelt. Platz gibt es dort genug. Ebenso ist die Lage der Anlage gut als Ausgangspunkt zu Ausflügen, jedoch hätten wir auf ein eigenes Auto nicht verzichten wollen. Auch wenn auf der autobahnähnlichen Schnellstrasse vor den Toren Costalitas ein Linienbusbetrieb existiert, so ist es doch zu Fuss ein nicht zu unterschätzender Weg zur Haltestelle (ca. 10 min im flotten Gang) und man muss je nach Fahrtrichtung diese Strasse überqueren, was nur bei den Fussgängerbrücken möglich ist. Alles in allem waren wir wirklich zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und der Anlage und können es durchaus weiterempfehlen.
