3Br, 2bth Cottage w/ocean views & access

This 1920's Seaside Cottage was completely and delightfully with attention to convience, cleanliness and comfort while still saving origional character! Up to 6 people may occupy including children/babies.

This Non-Smoking, no pets cottage features wood and tile floors, comfortable furniture & beds(2 queen and 1 bunk). Enclosed front porch looks at the Ocean and cozy private rear deck looks at the brook and greenery depending on the time of year. Yesterdays character combined with todays conviences and cleanliness!

Summer Season Minimum stay 1 week (Saturday to Saturday).

Mid and Off Season possible weekend rentals, just email with details of your request.

Located at the top of Penobscot Bay on a quiet deadend road (4th from the end) in Sandy Point. Babbling brook behind the house lulls you to sleep each night. Terrific sea breezes cool the entire home.

Lots of places to visit near by or just walk a few steps to the BEACH. An extra large public beach is a walk/bike ride away. Great for all ages! It's only 45 Min- 1 hr to Arcadia or Camden or Bangor for a day trip.

Boaters can launch near by and moor within sight of the cottage, or launch KAYAKS off the beach.

There are lots of Antique Shops in next door Searsport and it is the home of The Penobscot Marine Museum. Historic Fort Knox is next to the nearby New Phenobscot Narrows Bridge (check out the observation tower!)or go over it to Bucksport to a very good icecream store, grocery store & vidio rentals. You can fly into Bangor and be at this cottage in a little over half an hour! Lots more, so e-mail for details!

Love the privacy and quiet!

We stayed here to get away from it all and relax, and we did! The little beach is great for kayaking or just hanging out. We love to cook and found the cottage well set up for that and very comfrotable. Day trips were a blast exploring from Bar Harbors Acadia National Park, to the shops and day hike in Camden Hills to the Owls Head Transportation Museum. But there were great resturants and local farmers markets around to explore too. A great find!
