We have rented 5 different homes on Cape Coral some that were much more expensive and this home truly has everything for a great price. The owners were fabulous to work with and everything was as stated. We defanately will be repeat renters at this home. Check it out, you will be glad you did.

We loved it. It was actually better than the pictures. The pool and hot tub were awesome and very clean. It is very elegant. We went to Naples Fl which is just 40 min. away. The zoo in Naples was very nice. We went to Wiggins Pass in Naples which is very nice. The beaches there are pristine We stayed for 8 days and hated to have to leave. We would definitely recommend it to our friends. We cooked some at home but enjoyed the local restaurants as well. It was the best relaxing vacation we have had in a while.

First time in SW Florida

Our first visit to Florida will long be remembered as one of our best holidays. After two weeks up at Orlando parks, we wanted a "real vacation" to finish off our stay in the States. This superb property made our vacation just wonderful. I think we most appreciated the pool - the river flowing by to the rear of the house made sitting by the pool a supremely relaxing experience. Heinz the property manager had seen to the excellent upkeep of the place. Everything was in first-class condition. The master bed could not have been comfier, and the ceiling fans helped offset the high temperatures (mid 90s easily), although the AC was quite adequate in the main areas of the house.
It was fairly easy to negotiate the wide road network to reach the Islands (Sanibel, Captiva and Pine) - all well worth an explore. In addition we drove down to Key West for an overnight stay - really worth it. Cape Coral isn't exactly touristy - it's all just residential, but the whole area is well maintained, supermarkets are nearby and there are plenty of eating places, although you will need to drive to get to them.
We'll be back!

Ein wirklich schönes Haus, war insgesamt schon 17 mal in Florida. und dieses Haus zählt zu den Besten. Einzig, für uns Europäer, die Matrazen sind etwas zu weich.
Abwicklung in Deutschland perfekt, Vorort perfekt. Klasse!

1) Very clean property with all of the little things taken care of.

2) Nice, quiet location within a short drive of many Fort Myers / Cape Coral area attractions.
