Renowned for Tarpon, Sailfish, Bone Fish, Canoeing, Wind Surfing, Lobster and reef fish, Dolphin (both edible and Flipper), amazing snorkeling and diving. This unusual property feels like two separate homes. The downstairs unit is brand new, and the upstairs is nicely renovated. (Downstairs and upstairs each have a washer and dryer) with fabulous water views from almost every room, straight down a gin clear canal to Florida Bay and the fabulous Everglades National Park. Beautifully decorated in Keys motif. Peekaboo view of Atlantic Ocean. It's a short run to Channel Two and Five bridge: 65 feet of great deep dockage and 50 amp hookup, for a larger boat, with fish right at your door. Beaches close by. House is located in the prestigious Port Antigua Area.

Notes: There are 2 Queen size sleep sofas,one and one down which could sleep short term. If needed there are outside patio areas for smoking. The upstairs grill is convenient to the large kitchen and makes an enjoyable setting for outside entertainment. The kitchen is very well appointed with all your needs. If you don't choose to cook, local restaurants will happily prepare your catch. There is a local, communal pool for your enjoyment. We are local here in Islamorada, and can offer you use of extra items you might need, or guide you to local fishing holes. Rentals, boating trips, scuba trips, parasailing, lobstering all readily available. Don't forget your fishing licenses.
