This was a last minute find. We were scheduled to arrive in less than two weeks. The owners were very accommodating and nice. They made the process of booking very easy.
The location is perfect if you are planning to attend any events in the area. We attended the Kona Brewfest and appreciated the easy walk to/from the event. Restaurants and shopping were very close by. The sweet fragrance of plumeria greeted us just outside the lanai doors. We were too busy during our short vacation to visit the pool.
I would definitely consider another stay in this condo and recommend it to other couples visiting the area.

We stayed at the condo during 2006 Ironman week. I was racing and wanted someplace to stay close to the venue - and this was the PERFECT location. Only a short walk to Alii Drive and ten minute walk to the pier/start. Ironman village was less than a 10 minute walk, and less than that to the shops and restaurants. The condo sits on Kuakini and you can watch the bike and run from the deck or parking lot. It was very convenient for family there to watch me. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this to anyone interested in being in the middle of everything, especially during Ironman week.
