Condo, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-4)

Condominium in the heart of Kailua-Kona only two blocks from the pier, where the Ironman starts, and we are just a short walk to the Ironman Village. Located just off of Henry Street on Kuakani Highway puts us right on the bike/run route of the race.

Within easy walking distance of many popular restaurants and shopping. No need to drive to the most popular places in Kailua when you can leave the car at the condo and walk to Ali'i Drive.

See the steeple of Mokuaikaua Church and a partial ocean view from our second floor lanai or stroll to the Church and Hulihee Palace then on to one of the many restaurants or shops.

No Smoking please.

This was a last minute find. We were scheduled to arrive in less than two weeks. The owners were very accommodating and nice. They made the process of booking very easy.
The location is perfect if you are planning to attend any events in the area. We attended the Kona Brewfest and appreciated the easy walk to/from the event. Restaurants and shopping were very close by. The sweet fragrance of plumeria greeted us just outside the lanai doors. We were too busy during our short vacation to visit the pool.
I would definitely consider another stay in this condo and recommend it to other couples visiting the area.

Condo is amazing! So big and in the perfect location. Supermarket, beach, cafes, restaurants, all within one block. I will definitely be staying here again!!

This one bedroom is exactly as presented. A condo in a development, it is quiet and convenient. Shopping is nearby and the only thing that would have made it perfect would have been a ground floor location. Comfortable bed, cable TV, wifi, and all working amenities. Good value for the price.

Absolutely reccommend this property to anybody if you want to be close to the supermarkets/restaurants/farmers market & shopping. Perfect situation if you do not want to hire a car. The 4th of July fireworks can be viewed from the Lanai. The apartment had everything we needed & was clean. The complex & swimming pool & BBQ areas were beautiful & quiet. We had a lovely time thank you!
