2 large bedrooms + 1 loft, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps 6

Our Spacious 1350 sq ft condo was remodeled! Only 2 condos from the bay & 45 seconds to the ocean! This beautiful 2 story condo (3 stories if you count the attached private 2 car garage below) offers 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & 1 adorable upstairs loft for a 3rd sleeping area.

Each floor has 1 bedroom and bathroom, so you have lots of privacy.

Our kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and is complete with

appliances, pots, pans, coffee maker, dishes, etc., to make yourselves feel right at home. Washer & dryer are also in the condo with laundry detergent, bleach, and softener. Brand new gas grill is on the patio deck too! Don't want to cook? Don't worry! There are plenty of restaurants & pubs to walk to, and many of them deliver too! Also, the Mission Beach Market is just around the corner for your grocery or deli needs! High ceilings with lots of sun windows gives this condo a very well-lit, open & airy vacation setting!

Our condo is nearby to everything the beach has to offer! Not only is the bay & ocean practically in your own back yard, you will also be 4 short blocks from the historical Belmont Park for beachfront amusement! Plenty of places to eat, surf & bike rental shop, pubs, and market/deli --- all just around the corner from the condo!! By night time, enjoy the private deck as you watch the awesome fireworks from Sea World during the summer evenings. It's the perfect family beach get-away all year round! Enjoy the excitement of the beach & the bay!!!

Highly recommend for families

This condo was one of the best places I have ever rented in Mission Beach, and
I have rented in Mission Beach for the last 6 years.The place was SPOTLESS! We had lots of room for all 5 of us. Love the decorations, furniture and the design of the condo. Being so close to the beach and the bay was a plus. It was convenient having the market a few doors down too. Everything I needed in the kitchen was there, and there were plenty of beach toys & chairs for the kids. Found out that there are several families that come back to this condo yearly. I understand why. Highly recommended.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Beautiful and Spacious Condo For My Family of 6!

As a repeat vacationer to San Diego, we have chosen this condo to be the one we will return to each year. It has lots of room for all of us. Very open and airy and impeccabily clean! Especially love the location because we were walking distance to all the attractions, eating places and shops. Nice having the enclosed 2 car garage. Appreciated the decor of the condo too and all the extra ammenities that were provided. Having WiFi made it nice to check emails. Kids loved being right at the foot of the bay and played with all the beach toys and wagon provided. Was nice to be able to walk down the block to the ocean too. We BBQ'd almost every night on the patio deck! Awesome! Highly recommend this condo for a family get-a-way. Already made plans to come again!
