117 Greens is a newly remodeled, two-bedroom, non-smoking, Greens Villa located in the Shipyard Plantation. The bathrooms and kitchen were remodeled with new cabinets and granite counters and the living room with new furniture and carpet. The Greens is located across from the world famous Van de Meer Shipyard Tennis Center and the Crowne Plaza Hotel and is one of the closest to the beach, only a five-minute walk. The Greens is situated around beautiful fairways and manicured grounds. This townhome community is also only a short walk to golf, tennis, and provides easy access to the many bike trails in Shipyard Plantation. There is also a private gated pool in the community for the exclusive enjoyment of the Greens' guests. In addition, the unit comes with one hour per day of tennis and the use of a beach locker at the Shipyard Beach Club. The locker is large enough to hold your beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys.

Location: The villa is one of the closest units within the Greens to the beach. The living room features all new carpet and furniture including a queen-size sleeper sofa and cable television with a CD/DVD Surround Sound stereo system. The living room sliding glass doors leads to a private deck with stunning view of the No. 6 Green of the Shipyard Galleon Golf Course.

Bedrooms: Both bedrooms are on the second level, with the master bedroom having a view of the golf course. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, television, and has its own private bath. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, a ceiling fan, and has access to the hall bath on this level. Both full bathrooms have a tub/shower combination and there is a half bath on the main level. A full-size washer and dryer are also conveniently located on the second floor.

Extras: The rates include one hour of tennis each day at the Van De Meer Shipyard Tennis Center. The villa has keyless entry and is privately managed. As result, you do not have to wait in long lines to register and pick-up keys; you can begin your vacation immediately when you get on the island.

My boys & I had a wonderful time. I loved the pillowtop bed in the master bedroom. Although we didn't catch dinner deep sea fishing, both my sons caught sharks. (Very exciting for them) We stopped at Barnacle Bills roadside stand for fresh seafood and just pretended that we caught it! My 16 year old enjoyed Van Der Meer and did the stroke of the day. We highly recommend renting bikes. Thank you for sharing your villa with us.

We absolutely loved our stay at 117 Greens. Shipyard is our favorite, because of its location. We have stayed many times in various condos in Shipyard, but we liked this location best. Right across from the tennis and a short walk to the beach.

The condo has a lovely beach decor with beautiful upgrades and awonderful eye for detail. I felt like I was in a HGTV design model. We loved everything about the condo and will stay there again. The owners were wonderful to rent from. They just took care of everything. It's the best!
