Our freshly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath beach front unit features fantastic Gulf views and provides you with all the necessities of home. Our private and relaxing building only has 4 units total making this an ideal beach get-away. The building has been renovated featuring a tin roof, beautiful beachside paved pool and whirlpool surrounded by lush landscaping and grill area.
Unit B (our unit) includes large bedrooms, LCD Flat Screen TV, Jacuzzi tub, in-unit washer and dryer, cable and much, much more. Everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation at the beach. Just minutes to awesome restaurants, nightlife and shopping and yet just far enough away from everything if you know what I mean!! Whether it's relaxing poolside, improving your tan on the beach, or watching your favorite game, 712 Beach Trail has it all!! Weekly rentals available year round.
We had a great time at beach trail...we had perfect weather, and the place was great to have right on the beach with a pool and hot tub. It was very convenient to be able to walk right up from the beach, and it was so close to everything! We would definitely recommend staying there, and we will stay here next time we come to the beach! GO VOLS!!!
Our vacation in this condo was one of the best vacations of my life. There was direct access to the beach and a beautiful warm swimming pool. We had 4 adults and a 7 year old boy and a typical day went like this: Morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean, down to the beach for a walk and playing in the waves, back to the pool for swimming, walk to the Cuban restaurant a block away for lunch, more swimming and beach time in the afternoon, into Indian Rocks for dinner at one of the many great restaurants right along Gulf Blvd, back to the balcony for drinks and watching the sunset. Evenings were spent playing board games from the game cabinet provided by the condo. Our whole stay was just magical. We will most definitely be back.
We had a great time enjoying the “beach” life style at this gulf-side beach condo. The accommodations were comfortable and very suitable for our 12 night stay. Wonderful sunsets and enjoyable morning time on the balcony provided great beach, sea, and sky “ever-changing” scenery to appreciate and to photograph. Easy walking distance to many restaurants and, of course, easy access to the beach and the water keeps every day busy and interesting. The pool area (sunny) and the covered area (shady) provided great places to hang out to enjoy the evening breezes and also to play games and billiards. We used the grill many times. Deanna (the owner) was very kind and helpful during our stay. We plan to return and stay again … soon if possible.
This is our family's 2 visit at the condo and it was even better than the last visit! The updates that have been done since last year were beautiful. Deanna the owner is always available for any questions. The pool was warm and wonderful as well as the beaches.
I had to promise the family to book again next year. We had 5 adults and a 4 yr old and 1yr old..perfect. Thanks again Deanna !
Our experience at the condo was fabulous. It was spacious with wonderful amenities. Deanna was great with communication, answering all my questions in a very timely manner. My boys loved the warm pool, and the quick beach walk to a local ice cream and sandwich shop. Not to mention, the view of the Gulf is amazing from the balcony! We can't wait to head back!
Our family of 7 inc. a 3 yr old and a new born just spent 4 nights at this lovely condo. I must say we all had a wonderful time! Being just steps from the beach was great, but we really loved the pool and covered area since 2 of our days were rainy. This property had EVERYTHING we could of wanted or needed ( with the exception of TV's in the bedrooms) The area was quiet and clean. We enjoyed walking every night to the little ice cream shop on the corner. No question we will return and living in Tampa makes it extra special! Thanks Deanna.
