Acacia Villa was designed and created with vacation rental in mind. Situated to catch the tropical breeze, a large covered veranda overlooks the pool. Two queen bedrooms en suite at opposite ends of the villa offer privacy for one or two couples. This waterfront villa is located in the residential resort community of Leeward, on Providenciales. A path connects to a small private canalfront beach and boat dock. Grace Bay Beach access is one mile away. The great room features comfortable sofas and a reading chair. A collection of DVD movies is available. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals in the comfort of your own vacation villa. A 5 minute walk to Nikki Beach Resort Restaurant open 24/7 for breakfast, lunch and dinner with five star service. A coffee shop and boutique. At Leeward Marina you can book boating excursions to Iguana Island, snorkeling, fishing, eco-tour kayaking, and other island adventures.

The community lies at the northeastern end of Providenciales eleven miles from the international airport. Leeward Marina offers boating excursions and Nikki Beach Resort Restaurant open 24/7 for breakfast, lunch and dinner, just a 5 minute walk from Acacia Villa. Several public beach accesses are available to Grace Bay Beach. The closest is one mile away. The villa is on a paved road in a good location for jogging or biking. Within three miles there are many restaurants and shopping.
