A refurbished and well equipped first floor apartment which looks south towards the beach. This sunny apartment comprises 2 twin bedrooms, lounge/dining area with sofabed, modern kitchen and bathroom. The south facing balcony has excellent sea views while the rear terrace catches the evening sun and overlooks well kept landscaped gardens. You will have the use of 3 communal pools with safe paddling areas for children and toddlers. Air conditioning is supplied by ceiling fans in the bedrooms and kitchen area. Toys, family dvds and cds are also supplied for your enjoyment. Facilities include Wi-Fi, electrical items such as mp3/cd player, tv, satellite (free-to-air channels), dvd/video player, tv hard drive, hairdryer, /iron and fan.

Bookings available for 7 or 14 days only unless agreed in advance with owner.

Arrival/Changeover day is Saturday during June, July and August. Other days can be accommodated in May, September and October.

Property Management: Linen is changed weekly by our property management team who will be pleased to assist you if you have any problems. A hairdryer, floor standing fan, ironing board and iron are provided.

Several additional facilities are available at our local property manager's office (500 yards from the apartment) - key collection and key drop-off, luggage store and internet/wifi access.

Flights - available from jet2, Monarch, Thomson, Easyjet and Iberia.

Food packs, cots, high chairs and extra fans are available at extra cost on request. Cots £25 per week. High chairs £15 per week. Fans £16 - £25 per week depending on size. Food packs - cost varies depending on requirements.

Tourist Information: Prior to departure we will supply tourist information to ensure you make the most of your trip.

In the apartment you will find additional information on beaches, excursions, sights, restaurants, shops, family entertainment, markets and festivals.

Yes we had a lovely time in Menorca and also found your apartment ideal for our needs; nice and clean, good size and location and plenty of facilities and information included. We had good weather apart from a couple of periods of rain and managed to see all of the island as we had a hire car. Very quiet though, but not a problem for us. Really enjoyed the island and we particularly loved Cuitadell and Mahon and also the beaches. All in all a success!

Thank you very much for your input also - your e-mails before the holiday were very helpful.

We had a fantastic time. Great location, apartment had everything we needed. I loved the fact that we could choose from various pools and so close to the beach. I have a two year old son who had an amazing time. I will be in contact in the future as we will be going back! :-)

A home from home, and a superb location!

Apart from a brief period of illness our holiday was superb. Very chilled, a nice resort, lovely island, stunning weather and your apartment was a home from home. Having those personal touches such as your dvd collection, books, music etc even washing machine to hand made all the difference to our stay also.
A shame we had to come home, i could have easily stayed longer if life allowed it!
I will be sending GN Management an email to say thankyou to them also. They were spot on, helpfull, hospitable and went out of their way to be accomodating which we didn't really expect to be honest, we thought originally they were there to look after your apartment but they certainly looked after us when needed also.
Thanks for all the information you supplied which was very helpfull, I am sure we will return to Menorca, we enjoyed staying at Son Bou so if or when the time comes for another visit i will certainly be in touch to book another stay in your apartment.

The apartment is set amongst spacious landscaped gardens, close to Son Bou's superb child friendly beach, the longest on Menorca. All resort amenities are within walking distance. Son Bou is a firm favourite with families and couples due to the friendly village atmosphere, golden sand dunes, sun and sea. The resort comprises: 3 swimming pools, 2 supermarkets, a satisfying selection of good bars and restaurants, childrens' playgrounds, nightly indoor disco & twice weekly entertainment programme (June - Sept). For those wishing to explore the island, Son Bou is well placed with easy access to all island attractions. Locally you will find a tourist train, bus services and several car hire firms. Son Bou reception office is handy for tourist information and taxi hire. In addition, Son Bou has been designated as a 'Site of Special Interest' due to the presence of historic and ecological sites in the vicinity.
