A recently refurbished and well equipped first floor apartment which looks south towards the beach. This sunny apartment comprises 2 twin bedrooms, lounge/dining area with sofabed, modern kitchen and bathroom. The south facing balcony has excellent sea views while the rear terrace catches the evening sun and overlooks well kept landscaped gardens. You will have the use of 3 communal pools with safe paddling areas for children and toddlers. Air conditioning is supplied by ceiling fans in the bedrooms and kitchen area. Toys, family videos and cds are also supplied for your enjoyment.

The apartment is set amongst spacious landscaped gardens, close to Son Bou's superb child friendly beach, the longest on Menorca. All resort amenities are within walking distance. Son Bou is a firm favourite with families and couples due to the friendly village atmosphere, golden sand dunes, sun and sea. The resort comprises: 3 swimming pools, 2 supermarkets, a satisfying selection of good bars and restaurants, children's' playgrounds, nightly disco & twice weekly entertainment programme (June - Sept). For those wishing to explore the island, Son Bou is well placed with easy access to all island attractions. Locally you will find a tourist train, bus services and several car hire firms. Son Bou reception office is handy for tourist information and taxi hire. In addition, Son Bou has been designated as a 'Site of Special Interest' due to the presence of historic and ecological sites in the vicinity.

Property Management: A hairdryer, floor standing fan, ironing board and iron are provided. Food packs, cots, high chairs and extra fans are available at extra cost on request. Cots £22 per week. High chairs £14 per week. Fans £16 - £25 per week depending on size. Food packs - cost varies depending on requirements. Linen is changed weekly by our property management team who will be pleased to assist you if you have any problems.

Tourist Information: Prior to departure we will supply tourist information to ensure you make the most of your trip. In the apartment you will find additional information on beaches, excursions, sights, restaurants, shops, family entertainment, markets and festivals.

Fabulous apartment and holiday!!

The apartment and location was even better than described and advertised. The apartment is modern, clean and well maintained, it had everything you could possibly need for a wonderful holiday from TV to DVD to books/CDs to childrens toys, lilos etc.

The owner couldn't have done more to help us have a fantastic holiday and we would have no hesitatation recommending this apartment and location to friends and family. We enjoyed it so much, we plan to return every year.

The local bar, entertainment, pool area and beech couldn't be faulted and all were very easy to get to.

The tequila is particularly recommended.......

This apartment and location is ideal for either a family holiday or a group of friends, and we can't recommend it highly enough.

Great Apartment, Great position lovely complex

Hi,
This is the second time I have stayed at this apartment and again we had a wonderful time. The apartment has everything you need for a great holiday from washing machine to a fully stocked kitchen loads of toys for the kids books dvds sky tv. The apartment is in a excellent location and the veiw is probably one of the best on the whole san jaime complex. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely apartment and will be returning again.

WONDERFUL APARTMENT!!

We have just returned from spending two weeks in menorca at tonys apartment and we had a fantastic holiday. The apartment was really home from home and had all the amenities we needed ,cds, dvds and inflatables for the kids which was fantastic. We have stayed at the san jaime three times now and tonys apartment was far superior to the ones that are allocated with thomson in zone 3 we would definatley recommend this apartment and wouldn't hesitate to book again when we return in the future. Many thanks tony for making our holiday one to remember.

LOVELY APARTMENT IN MENORCA

Just returned from a weeks holiday staying at this apartment. We found the apartment really clean and modern with everything you could need, including books, dvds and lilos/beach toys/beach mats. It's set in lovely surroundings and you could walk easily to the pool, beach, bars and restaurants. We didn't hire a car but used the bus service to go to Mahon and the market which we found really easy to use and good value for money. This is the first time we have been to Menorca and would definitely go back and recommend this apartment to friends and family.
