By day, you may chose to sit by the pool and relax or swim with the dolphins, go whale watching, horseback riding in the jungle or take a rainforest canopy tour. Downtown Puerto Vallarta is about 20 minutes from the Penthouse, most scenically reached via the water taxis which travels through the canals. Evenings offer wonderful sunset views, a variety of great food and spirits.

Shopping......: Paradise Plaza is within walking distance providing shops, grocery store, restaurants and gift shops. All the comforts of home are available to you.

Marina........: Trips for fishing, whale watching, exploring an island where one may relax and viewing the sunsets are available for a fee. There is also a water taxi that you can take to downtown Puerto Vallarta.

Golf: About El Tigre Golf Course-A scenic 18 hole golf course awaits to challenge even the best. Novices may take a lesson and those with more experience may just want to brush up on their skills. It's a beautiful, well maintained course. A must for the golfer at heart.

We found this unit exactly as shown in the pictures--spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. We especially enjoyed the ocean views, sea breezes and easy access to the beach. A number of amenities such as a pool/beach nice restaurant, easy access to taxis, and a small market within walking distance add to the convenience and enjoyment of this very special place. We recommend it without reservations.

Fabulous condo!

The condo couldn't be lovelier. It is spacious, well laid out, and beautifully decorated. The expansive terrace is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the ocean view, and to do some star-gazing at night. Ideally situated in the Paradise Village environs with all the available amenities, the condo is a place where anyone would love to live full-time, not just on vacation. We enjoyed everything about it, and we highly recommend it as the perfect place to stay.

Great Family Vacation !

Not much to say but fantastic accomadations !
Myself,my wife & our young daughters (3 & 5 years old) plus my in laws enjoyed our stay. The great views from the huge terrace. The fantastic beach where we had our choice to sit at any palapa . Very quiet & at times felt like a private beach of our own. Great kiddy pool that kept our kids occupied. Condo was gated for extra security (if you are concerned about that) but it was not a concern to us.close walk to the mall where we bought groceries,had ice cream and an indoor park for the kids. Also at the mall you could sit down to fast food if you like. The owners made it simple and easy to rent. Once we arrived there was nice young lady there to meet us with keys and did a walk through of the condo. Very professionally handled !

One thing was a concern at that was if the condo was kid friendly. Not much in the condo was breakable so you could relax even with young kids. Very kid friendly !



We will be back again with our family !

Beautiful Penthouse!!

This condo is just beautiful! It is very new, it's nicely decorated and has the perfect view. The kitchen is really big and it has a very large balcony as well. It has 3 bedrooms and a very comfortable TV room. I really enjoyed my vacation with my family in this condo, it felt like home and we were very warmly welcome. I'm really looking forward to come back and stay there! Thanks to the owners for everything.

Beautiful Penthouse

This condo is very clean and beautifully decorated. It has *classy* written all over it. The view is awesome. We felt safe with the security. We love this area and love to use the Paradise Village resort. We came off season so we had the pool and facilities all to ourselves! We have been renting condos this this area for 4 years and can say this was the nicest one! We usually rent a car so we can explore different beaches and restaurants, but even if you want to stay in this area and just use the resort, it is still great! Thank you!
