The Beach Getaway reveals a fusion of both Spanish and Santa Barbara styles. The space is complemented with 10 feet vaulted ceilings, a private courtyard and romantic Waterford fireplace. Such desirable location in the Coveted West Beach Area, only enhances its allure. 

In the heart of Santa Barbara, you'll be steps from Stearns Wharf, local beaches, the vibrant Funk Zone as well as world renowned dining and downtown shops. Please note that this Getaway is on the ground floor.

During your stay, you’ll be lavished with all the amenities expected as part of a beautiful getaway: complimentary champagne upon arrival, bath essentials, a private washer & dryer, high-end linens, a Nespresso machine with pods, creams and sugar as well as reserved parking which is rare in such close proximity to the beach.

The sparkling and meticulously equipped kitchen offers granite countertops, hardwood floors and custom cabinets, and all modern appliances: Refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and washer & dryer. The granite counter-top kitchen island seats 4. The cozy living room is a lovely gathering area with hardwood floors, Waterford fireplace and 46” HD TV to enhance its ambiance.

The living space also features French glass doors which open into the private patio. Indulge in the magic of Mediterranean-like weather in this charming outdoor space, which offers a gas grill, chaise lounge seating, and bistro set to dine alfresco and delight in local produce.

There is a queen bedroom and king bedroom, each complemented with accompanying full bathrooms. The queen bedroom opens into a private terrace and provides an additional entrance through the polished, front lawn.

Located in the coveted Historic West Beach Area, you’ll be two blocks from the beach and steps from Stearn’s Wharf, the harbor, world renowned dining and downtown shops, including the Public Market and our own local farmer’s market. Adding to its appeal, the benefit of nearby bike rental shops and the downtown Amtrak station allows for easy transportation. As you’ll be located downtown, beautiful shops and restaurants lining State Street and nearby beaches and gardens are perfect for unwinding, whereas, nearby Channel Islands and wine country prompt adventurous day trips.

Our luxury beach getaways —in the Historical West Beach area— reside in a historical turn of the century building which retains the charm of the day’s bygone. The building has been lovingly restored to reflect Santa Barbara's ambiance, its array of apartments revealing both romantic and European styles. Our various spaces are complemented by luxurious details from Carrera marble surfaces, hand cast plaster, 10 feet vaulted ceilings and Waterford fireplaces.

Wonderful Santa Barbara stay!

We own multiple properties in Santa Barbara. All the studio, one bedroom and 2 bedroom units you see here are located on 201 Bath Street. My husband and I own and manage each of our properties. We have pride of ownership and when you call with questions regarding the properties or any concerns you speak directly to us. We own and manage the entire complex and all the units inside it. This pride of ownership shows and as a result our guests return over and over again providing us with a loyal customer base. Many of our guests have been coming for years and for long-term stays.

Why they chose this property

There are so many Santa Barbara properties available for rent. The number one difference between all of them are location, location, location. The closer to the beach and the closer to Santa Barbara the more expensive the real estate. We are 2 blocks to the beach and downtown, not on a commercial thorough fare, not next to the highway or railroad track and not a bus ride or car ride away from downtown. We combine our location with the best pricing and the best amenities. Finally, we are immaculately clean.
