Privacy, tranquility, yet close to amenities, located on Emerald Bay, Nuevo Mazatlan, a beautifully furnished 3000 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom oceanfront home, just steps to an incredible sandy beach. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and two large decks with eating area and bar. All bedrooms are located on the ocean front side of the home and each bedroom has its own ensuite and private oceanfront balcony. Two bedrooms contain queen size beds, with the 3rd bedroom contains two bunk beds, sufficient to sleep 4 children, the front room also contains a double hide a bed. Nuevo Mazatlan is located at the north end of the city, a short 10 minute drive to amenities.
