This is a gorgeous 5 bedroom, 4 bath house and has a separate wing and all the amenities and comfort of home. This beautiful house has air conditioning and a huge, fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops, a center island with prep work sink and and stainless steel appliances. The living and dining room has huge floor to ceiling windows and hardwood floors. The Master Bedroom has a fireplace, walk-in closet, walk in shower and full jacuzzi bath plus It has it's own private exit leading to the hot tub. We have a indoor sauna, and weight room , which together makes this home unique, and 2 gas fireplaces and a game room. It is only a 5 min. walk to Fort Rock Park and the Woodlands Golf Course. This house comes with free pool and tennis passes. We also have wireless high speed Internet access. We have a double garage and 8 bikes to travel the 37 mile bike trails in Sunriver. We also have another home on Home Away #179228 that is a 5 bed, 4 bath gorgeous home. Check it.

This is a mountain resort living on the Deschutes river and sugar pine trees, surrounded by a forest terrain. We are just a short bike ride away from the river and the mall with its music festivals, art and entertainment. Then with golfing season just around the corner you won't want to miss the tournements and canoe racing that happens in the fall right here in Sunriver and downtown Bend. The whole are is hopping winter and summer with music, snow rides, swiming in both our pools, and so much more. It is all happening here, in our great and well known town of Bend and Sunriver. Don't miss the fun.

Notes: The kitchen has a center isle and 2 disposals and sinks. The play room has air hockey and in the garage, which can be heated in the winter time, is a ping pong table. Also, stainless steel appliances with granite countertops. There is a indoor sauna and walk in closets. There are 2 fireplaces and hardwood floors. The dining room has floor to ceiling windows and a dinning set that seats 12 and a weight room that is downstairs through the laundry room. The house is 3700 sq. ft. with a bonus room and play room. This house has always been considered a 5 star house by management companies. It is a 5 min walk to the famous and popular Fort Rock park. We supply free passes to the North and South Sunriver pools. We supply the bikes for travel over 37 miles of paved bike paths.

This is a wonderful home! It easily accomodated our extended family of 12+ 3 pooches very comfortably. We stayed in mid-October 2008. The weather was clear but crisp, and the fall colors were unbelievable! The kitchen of this home is beautiful and well equipped. Several of us could prepare food without tripping over eachother. The separate family room in the "wing" over the garage gave Grandma a quiet place to read. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. We plan to come back next summer for an extended stay.

We were not sure exactally what to expect. We could tell from the pictures that the house was very nice. When we arrived we were so excited! The home is absolutely beautiful,and was worth every dollar! We were so excited because a family of deer would walk around by the back porch every morning. The master bedroom was absolutely stunning. Matter of fact the whole house was absolutely beautiful! All new appliances, and a wide variety of pots and pans in the cupboards made it very convenient. Felt like a home away from home. Thank you so much! We will definately return!

When I first walked into your house, the first thing I said to my husband was "wow." I just knew we were going to have a great time. Everything was fantastic, especially with 14 people. We all were in the kitchen at one time and I swear we had enough room for everyone, and that is important. My brother could not believe that you had a weight room, which, by the way, we found by accident. You need to let people know. He was worried all the way up about getting out of shape and driving us crazy about it. But I guess that is not a usual problem. Anyway, the house was perfect for all.
The kids loved the game room, I loved the master bedroom with the jetted tub, my husband loved the sauna, and I could go on and on, but to sum it up, we are hoping the house is available next year. I guess we should sign up early?

WE REALLY ENJOYED STAYING IN THIS WONDERFUL HOUSE .WE GOT TO SEE A FEW DEER OUT IN THE BACK AND IN THE FRONT, AND WE ALSO GOT A VISIT FROM SOME RACOONS.THE FIRST NIGHT OUT FRONT, AND THE SECOND NIGHT UP ON THE UPPER DECK.THIS HOUSE IS VERY WELL KEPT UP AND IS DECORATED VERY HOMEY AND WITH LOVE.I WOULD HIGHLEY RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE TO ANYONE, IT HAS ALL THAT YOU WILL NEED.SPACE,CLEAN,THINGS TO DO,THE LOCATION IS GREAT,THE VIEW IS GREAT. We absolutely loved this vacation home. It is a foodie's dream! The kitchen was well-stocked for all levels of cooking--roomy and efficient. All the rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Our teenagers loved having their own private wing-and so did we! We hope to be back next year.
