Located only 100 ft. from guarded beach, third from the ocean. Newly renovated throughout and has central air. The house includes new kitchens, baths and washer/dryer on each floor of the house. This two story house is located just 2 miles south onto Long Beach Island for easy Garden State Parkway and mainland access. Steps to beach provides for easy access back back and forth to home. The 2nd floor has a front deck and the backyard has multiple decks, two barbecue's and an outside shower. This is a family- oriented area with amusement and water parks, nearby restaurants and entertainment.
