This is one vacation spot you'll want to return to time and time again! *Note to winter guests, due to past freezing problems, the on sight hot tub may not be available for use. Also, this is a mt. top home and a dependable four wheel drive vehicle is highly suggested.

Our community, Waterville Estates will provide you with a Recreation Center that is hard to beat. Just moments away, at the base of Weetamoo Mt., our Recreation Center will offer you hours of enjoyment. Relax by the outdoor swimming pool & hot tub where on most summer weekends you can enjoy the sounds of local bands right at poolside. Take in the sun and enjoy a cocktail. Poolside service is available on most weekends of the summer. We also have 2 indoor pools & a hot tub for those not so sunny days. The Rec. Center also offers our guests tennis courts, basketball courts, saunas, a gameroom for the kids, a gym and paddleboats. You'll need a vacation from your vacation!

Washington Cog Railway & Auto Road, Squam Lakes and the Squam Lakes Natural Science Center. You can also hike, bike, walk, mountain bike, kayak and canoe for summer fun.
