It's never to early to plan Summer Vacation 2010! Situated in a small complex with its own 400' of waterfront and beach, this modern townhouse is a great base for taking full advantage of summers in Schroon Lake. Our patio overlooking the lake and Pharaoh Mountain is the perfect place for lunch and dinner. Relax on the Master Bedroom balcony with a book or simply enjoy the sunrise over the lake. This well-appointed 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhouse is perfect for a family on vacation. The gas fireplace in the living room, cable TV and DVD, as well as lots of family games, provides activities for cool nights or rainy days. We are a convenient 1/2 mile to Schroon Lake village, with its restaurants and weekly summer concerts. And we are a great base for day trips to hike, bike, boat, or ride the Great Escape roller coasters.

Schroon Lake is in the heart of the Adirondacks, close to the high peaks, skiing, lakes and rivers. The Natural Stone Bridges and Caves are down the road for a view of beautiful waterfalls and caves. In Schroon Lake during the summer, there are regular concerts and a folk music festival sponsored by the Schroon Lake Arts Council, as well as musical theater by the Seagle Music Colony. In the fall, the Adirondack Marathon runs through the village and around Schroon Lake -- the last leg of the race runs right past the Landings Townhouses!

Very lovely townhouse and great location! It was great to have the extra den area - gives everyone their space. There is a grocery store and Dollar General close by for convenience. The little town of Schroon Lake Village is just a walk away and very lovely. The lake and scenery are just breathtaking. I would recommend this townhouse to anyone in need of a relaxing vacation!

The townhouse provided a lovely respite for us. Very spacious, quiet, and impeccably clean. Close to many historic and scenic Adirondack sites that will continue to draw us back. The condo was great. It is decorated nicely with newer furnishings and well stocked with everything you need. It's right on the lake and close (1/2 mile) to the downtown of Schroon Lake, NY which has a grocery store, a few stores, restaurants and a couple pubs. It's also in the middle of the Adirondack area which offers many outdoor activities and attractions. My children especially enjoyed whitewater rafting, horseback riding and Ausable Chasm. I'd highly recommend this property.

My friends and I go on a “fishing trip” every year, and this year’s trip was by far the best. The Townhouse is beautiful and comfortable…we will never rent a fishing cabin again! We were close to the water, the beach was great for fires at night, and town was right around the corner. Thanks again for making our trip the best it could be…we will definitely be back!
