Very spacious, sun-filled with high ceilings throughout, recently renovated with gourmet kitchen containing a Garland stove, Sub Zero fridge, granite countertops with separate dining area and wrap around decks. Beautiful wide board antique pine floors throughout New first floor master suite with huge bedroom overlooking pool, large sitting room, separate entry and spa bath with soaking tub, double sink vanity and separate shower. Central air conditioning. Additional main floor bedroom with sliders onto deck overlooking kidney shaped heated pool. Upstairs are 2 additional bedrooms and full bath. Extra bedroom in finished basement. Fireplace in huge living room with sliders onto the deck and gardens. Bike to ocean beach (1.5 miles), walk to town and youth park, including tennis courts and skate area.

Wow, what a great way to get aquainted with this area. This house was great and well kept. The owner was wonderful and really knows how to make her guests feel welcome. We loved the area and had a great week. The house is set up to easily accomadate more than 1 family. It was nice to have our separate spaces. Great quality of linens and paper!

Annual Golf Weekend

We have rented out this house for 2 years in a row and we will keep coming back!

The house is perfect size for group of 6-8 guys. There are plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms, a great living room for watching the game, a huge deck across the back of the house with big gas grill and a kitchen large enough for everyone.

If you can book before the pool is closed for the winter, then you should do so, The Pool is big, heated and has shallow end and deep diving end.

The owner is great... always willing to accomodate our crazy schedule and meet us around tee times. And from this location, it is only 20 minutes to Montauk Downs, one of the best public courses that you will ever play.

We have been looking for the perfect spot for the annual golf weekend and this is it!!

Beautiful Beach House in Amagansett.

We loved staying at this lovely home. It had a wonderful floor plan with very high ceilings. Beautiful pool and grounds. The Kitchen was well stocked to entertain. Everything we needed was there for us. We had a great visit and hope to see you next year!

Bright and sunny with all the amenities. Great antiques. Clean and well maintained. Close to beach and towns of Amagansette and East Hampton. We would highly recommend and will return.
