We are centrally located equidistant from Moody and Wells beaches which is called Moody Point. We are also on the Wells/Ogunquit Trolley route. Catch the Trolley right from corner of Ocean Ave and Shore Ln, which is 250 yards from the house.

Shades would be nice!

This house is clean, in a nice location, and the owners were super to work with. Some tips so you are prepared: 1-Be ready to live out of your suitcase. There is only one dresser for the entire house and it is half full with clothing already. 2-When we read the other review about being up early due to the lack of shades, we didn't realize just how tough that would be. There are no shades in the entire house. It makes the rooms light up at 6:00AM. It makes it difficult to get ready for bed at night since you are surrounded by neighbors. It also makes the bedrooms heat up quickly in the day. After a few days of staying up late and getting up at the crack of dawn, be prepared for cranky kids. 3-Lastly, remember cell phones and chargers. There aren't any phones in the house so know the address incase of an emergency!

The house is really nice, clean, new, and in a great spot. However, shades in the bedrooms would make a world of difference!

We had a great time staying in this house. Everything was as expected and very clean. Renting was easy and so was gaining access to the property on the day planned. I would strongly recommend this property. If you are renting with small children, you need to know that the bedrooms do not have blinds but only curtains that allow a lot of light to flow in so you might end-up getting up very early.
