This charming cottage is within walking distance of Perkins Cove, downtown Ogunquit and just one block from the Marginal Way. Ample off street parking, large brick patio and grill. There are two bedrooms and a bath downstairs. Upstairs is accessible only from an outside staircase. There is a deck and 2 bedrooms and a bath upstairs. Good sized living room, dining is in the breezeway - seats eight - additional seating in the kitchen. Many amenities, stereo, large supply of videos and books, washer, dryer, microwave, blender, lobster pot, cleaning supplies, TV with cable. Full gym available for a daily fee at the resort next door. Quiet location, good sized yard - not handicapped accessible - will accept pets with additional deposit. Non-smoking. Linens provided. No cleaning fee.

Nearest Beach: beach at 1.0 Miles
Excellent seacoast area - besides pristine beach areas, it is a delight for antique lovers and anyone who enjoys good seafood and fine dining. Within a small geographical area you will find golf, movies, outlet shopping. The Ogunquit Playhouse is within walking distance and renowned for its summer theatre. Down the road apiece is York Beach and a great area for kids , use the arcade, visit the Animal Kingdom. Plenty of places to enjoy deep sea fishing, sailing, surfing - Sit on the deck at Barnicle Billys in Perkilns Cove and watch the boats go in and out while enjoying a nice cocktail in the summer breeze. There is usually a craft show or two and Ogunquit is known for its art with a number of great galleries and the Ogunquit Museum of Art.

The cottage was charming. Plenty of room for a family of four and our dog. We each had our own place to read, listen to music, or watch TV. Having a place we can bring our dog, is a valuable asset. It was interesting entering and exiting the second floor from the outside deck; having a bathroom upstairs was important. We were glad each bedroom had a floor-stand oscilating fan to help keep the upstairs cool. The house is very neat and clean. The kitchen was great to make breakfast and lunch to pack for the beach. About a 15-20 min. walk to the Beach or the Cove. You could walk to the nearest Trolley stop in less than 10 min. so you can leave the car and walk around town.
