Villa la Pergola is located on a beautiful hill overlooking the city of Florence near 'San Martino alla Palma'. It is only six kilometers from the heart of Florence and three kilometres from the highway exit (Firenze-Signa). The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a 6 by 12 meters swimming pool, open from May through October, the jacuzzi heat for evening ( for 8 people ) barbeque and table for outdoor dining . From the house you can enjoy a breath-taking view of the typical Tuscany countryside, hills covered with olive trees, Florence's historical buildings complete with the famous Brunelleschi Duome Santa Maria del Fiore. The Villa has been tastefully restored and offers all modern conveniences. Private grounds 4 ha, Parking.
